To apply for travel insurance cover, please go to https://travelcert.ajg.com. You will need to set up a user profile using your @CAM email address. You can only apply for cover for someone else if you have access to their inbox or they promptly forward to you the One Time Password received from TravelCert.

*** We can now confirm that the University is not changing its travel insurer from 1 August 2024 (or in the foreseeable future). ***

All Travellers must read and familiarise themselves with the Travel Insurance summary document.

Travel insurance queries are now handled by the Travel and International Support Helpdesk on 
internationalsupport@admin.cam.ac.uk.

If you are a third party or a third party's solicitor and wish to submit a personal injury claim against the University of Cambridge, please note:

- the University's Public Liability insurer is Zurich Municipal (Portal ID C00108)

- the policy number of the University's Public Liability Insurance policy is NHE-19CA01-0013
